Total Print Hub launches: one system for the whole print shop, with Inky AI in every plan
Design Studio, Gang Sheet Builder, Instant Merch, Branded Stores and a production board, built as one system inside the Shopify or WooCommerce store a shop already runs.

London, UK — 20 October 2026 — Total Print Hub, web-to-print software from the ITLOX group, is now available to print shops that sell on Shopify and WooCommerce. It replaces the stack most shops assemble by hand — an online designer, a gang sheet tool, a pricing spreadsheet, a production board and a separate team store — with one system that runs from the product page to the press. Inky AI, an assistant for shop staff, is included in every plan.
From the product page to the press
Customers design and pay on the shop's own product pages. The Design Studio lets them personalise the exact product they picked, side by side and print area by print area, with every print area measured in inches: a 12 in chest print is 12 in on the press. The Gang Sheet Builder packs every copy of their DTF and UV DTF art onto the sheet size they bought. Instant Merch turns one logo upload into a collection of products, and Branded Stores give each school, team or company a store of its own.
Behind the storefront, pricing works the way shops already quote — by print area, square inch, colour count, stitch count or sheet size — and the cart charges the price the customer saw. A paid order becomes jobs with print files generated at print size and checked, so the team sees “Print-ready” or exactly what to fix, then works every job on one production board, from Today's urgent work to the shipping label.
Inky AI prepares. The shop approves.
Inky AI takes requests in plain words, typed or spoken, and does the busy work through the same Studio, pricing, gang sheet and production tools the team already uses. “Pack the art from these orders on 22 in film with my usual gap.” “Get tomorrow's DTF queue ready.” “What's late?” Answers come from the shop's own records, with a link to each product, design or job.
Anything that changes live products, prices or orders waits for approval of the exact change on screen — a spoken yes is not an approval — and quantities, dates and prices are confirmed before anything that matters. Inky AI never asks for passwords, and when a month's credits run out, every Total Print Hub feature keeps working by hand.
Plain pricing, on both platforms
Total Print Hub was built from the ground up for Shopify and WooCommerce, with the same features at the same prices. There are three plans, each with a 14-day free trial: Core at $99.99 a month with one design engine, Complete at $299.99 with all three, and Dedicated at $999.99 on its own database. Every plan has unlimited orders, no per-order fees and no share of the shop's sales, and includes Inky AI credits.
The WooCommerce plugin is live and self-serve today. On Shopify, shops can book a demo to see it working with products like theirs. For shops that want to connect their own systems, an API package adds a private REST API with webhooks.
Built from the shop floor
Total Print Hub draws on more than a decade of practical web-to-print experience — building, selling and supporting software for real print businesses — and every screen starts from the work of a real shop floor: what prints today, what is late, what is stuck, what ships. ITLOX LTD develops the software and provides support from the UK. Shops can start a trial or book a demo at totalprinthub.com.
Print shops have been running on five tools that don't talk to each other, and every handoff costs them a file, a price or a day. Total Print Hub puts the whole shop in one system, and Inky AI does the busy work inside it. It prepares; the shop decides. Nothing that touches money or an order happens until someone at the shop approves it on screen.
One system in place of five tools
Customers design on the product page
The Studio, the Gang Sheet Builder and Instant Merch open from the store the shop already runs, and the finished design goes into its own cart and checkout. The Studio works on phones and tablets.
Files the press can trust
Print files at print size, with low-resolution art flagged before checkout — so the customer fixes it, instead of the team finding it at the press.
One board for the day
Today shows what prints, what is late and what ships. Jobs move stage to stage, by drag or by scanning a job ticket at each station, until the order ships.
Blanks in the same system
Catalogue and stock from the suppliers a shop buys from — SanMar, S&S Activewear, AS Colour, Absolute Apparel and more — with purchase orders for blanks.
