Total Print HubAvailable

One system for the whole print shop, from the product page to the press.

Total Print Hub is web-to-print software for print shops that sell on Shopify and WooCommerce. Customers design and pay on the shop's own product pages; the team gets print-ready files and a clear plan for the day. Inky AI, the assistant for shop staff, is included in every plan.

Capabilities

What Total Print Hub does

The working surface — what the engine produces, controls and proves in practice.

01

Design Studio

Customers personalise any product by side and print area, with text, art, uploads and templates. Print areas are measured in inches, so a 12 in chest print is 12 in on the press.

02

Gang Sheet Builder

Customers build DTF and UV DTF sheets that auto-arrange every copy, check resolution at print size and price themselves by the sheet.

03

Instant Merch & Branded Stores

One logo upload becomes a collection of products, placed and priced by the shop's rules. Schools, clubs, teams and companies get a store of their own.

04

Production

Paid orders become jobs with print files on one board: Today for the urgent work, a stage for every job, proofs, job tickets scanned at each station, and purchasing for blanks.

05

Inky AI

Ask in your own words, typed or spoken. Inky AI prepares products, prices, gang sheets and production work, shows exactly what will change, and waits for approval before anything touches money or orders.

06

Suppliers & integrations

Catalogue and stock from the apparel suppliers a shop buys from — SanMar, S&S Activewear, AS Colour, Absolute Apparel and more — with purchase orders for blanks.

How it works

From “add to cart” to “shipped” without retyping anything

01

The customer designs

In the Design Studio, the Gang Sheet Builder or Instant Merch, on the shop's own product page.

02

The shop's rules set the price

By print area, square inch, colour count, stitch count or sheet size. The cart and checkout show the same price.

03

The order becomes jobs

Print files are generated at print size and checked. The shop sees “Print-ready”, or exactly what to fix.

04

The team works the board

Today shows what prints, what is late and what ships. Jobs move stage to stage until the order ships.

Use cases

What it's used for

01

DTF & UV DTF transfers

Sell gang sheets by the size, with every copy packed onto the film and low-resolution art flagged before checkout rather than at the press.

02

Apparel decoration

Names, numbers and logos across DTF, DTG, screen print and embroidery, priced by print area, colour count or stitches.

03

Promotional products

Put one logo on drinkware, bags and headwear with Instant Merch, and give each client a Branded Store.

04

Team, school & company stores

Branded Stores for schools, clubs, teams and companies, public or private — and groups can raise money as they sell.

Outputs & checks

What the shop receives — and what's checked

Every order arrives print-ready, or says exactly what to fix.

What you receive

  • Print-ready files at print size, checked before they reach the press
  • Jobs on one production board, with proofs and scannable job tickets
  • Priced quotes the customer approves and pays
  • Purchase orders for blanks from connected suppliers
  • 118 photoreal blanks across 44 product types, ready to sell on day one

Checks & approvals

  • Low-resolution art flagged at print size, before checkout
  • The cart charges the price the customer saw while designing
  • Inky AI changes to live products, prices or orders wait for on-screen approval — a spoken yes is not an approval
  • Quantities, dates and prices confirmed before anything that matters
  • Every feature keeps working by hand when AI credits run out

FAQ

Common questions

Are there per-order fees?

No. Each plan is one monthly price with unlimited orders, no per-order fees and no share of the shop's sales.

Is it live on Shopify and WooCommerce?

The WooCommerce plugin is live and self-serve: install it and start the trial. On Shopify, book a demo to see it working with products like yours. Both platforms get the same features at the same prices.

What happens when the AI credits run out?

Every Total Print Hub feature keeps working by hand. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of Inky AI credits that resets every month, and Inky AI shows the most credits a job can use before it is approved.

Who builds Total Print Hub?

Total Print Hub, Inc. offers and operates it, under its own terms. ITLOX LTD, the group's company in England and Wales, develops the software and provides support.
